Shruti Miyashiro

President/CEO

On November 1, 2007 Orange County’s Credit Union appointed Shruti Miyashiro as President and Chief Executive Officer. This appointment marked a return to Orange County’s Credit Union for Ms. Miyashiro who, from 1999 to 2002, held Executive positions at the Credit Union and served as President/CEO of the subsidiary organization, Orange County Group, Inc. Orange County’s Credit Union is a $1.6 Billion asset financial institution serving over 100,000 members. Prior to returning to Orange County’s Credit Union, Ms. Miyashiro was the President/CEO of Pasadena Federal Credit Union and held multi-faceted Executive level positions at several financial institutions. Ms. Miyashiro holds a master’s Degree in business administration from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of California, Riverside and is a proud graduate of the Upsilon Class at Western CUNA Management School. Ms. Miyashiro currently serves as a Board Member for Jack Henry & Associates, Inc., a publicly traded company. In that role, she serves on the Compensation Committee and Risk & Compliance Committee. She is Chair of the Foundation Board for the Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC), was appointed to the Credit Union Advisory Committee for the State of California Department of Business Oversight (DBO). In the past, she has served on numerous committees at the state and national level for the California Credit Union League and Credit Union National Association, including Chair of the Board of Trustees for Western CUNA Management School, Officer at Pacific Oaks College, CO-OP Board, and numerous community Board positions.

Ms. Miyashiro happily lives in Newport Beach with her husband and son.
