With 30 years of credit union experience, Janelle has held a variety of roles, from teller to operations manager, and has worked in credit unions of all sizes. Through these experiences, Janelle has developed a diverse skill set that bridges corporate relationship management, banking, lending, customer service, business development, and operations management.
A strategic leader, Janelle excels at aligning departments, identifying the right tools and strategies to enhance efficiency, drive revenue growth, and improve accountability. Known for being collaborative and results-driven, Janelle is passionate about building strong, member-focused brands that foster trust and loyalty.

Beyond professional accomplishments, Janelle has been a dedicated volunteer track coach for 20 years, giving back to the very team they once ran for as a child. Additionally, Janelle has volunteered with the Pasadena Tournament of Roses and the Rose Parade for the past 12 years, demonstrating a deep commitment to community service and tradition.
