Robin Elledge is MSHRM Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California, teaching courses on leadership, culture, and various Human Resource topics. Through her teaching, coaching, and consulting work, she is widely recognized as a transformative thought leader in communicating and inspiring effective leadership skills and strategies. Her corporate career spanned 40 years of increasing responsibility culminating in over 15 years in the C-suite (CAO, CHRO/CPO) at both publicly traded and privately held entrepreneurial organizations. In her many roles, she developed specific expertise in organization and leadership development, employee engagement, and ensuring alignment between business and people strategies.
