Bonnie Clapp
Director of Operational Suppport
Bonnie Clapp has been in the credit union industry since 2004. As a Business Analyst II, she supports her credit union by identifying and implementing process improvements across organizational projects, while fostering strong cross-departmental relationships. Over her 19+ years of experience, Bonnie has held roles ranging from frontline Retail to Deposit Operations Supervisor, building a broad foundation of operational knowledge.
A proud 2022 graduate of Western CUNA Management School (WCMS), Bonnie also holds a Certificate in Business Analysis from Portland State University’s Center for Executive and Professional Education.
Bonnie is passionate about the credit union movement and giving back to her community. She currently volunteers as a guided runner for the Northwest Association for Blind Athletes. Previously, she served as a committee member for the Portland/Vancouver chapter of the Global Women’s Leadership Network Sister Society and as Vice Chair of iQ Credit Union’s internal Wellness Program.
Outside of work, Bonnie enjoys watching her son play soccer, cheering on the Portland Timbers and Thorns with her family, and staying active outdoors.
