Students explore how their credit union functions across departments, and how their personal leadership style fits within it. Courses like Organizational Behavior and Credit Union Operations build foundational insight into team dynamics, decision-making, and strategy.
Year 2
Strategy & Environmental Awareness
With Financial Analysis and Data Analytics, students gain the tools to assess financial performance and plan for growth. They also examine how external forces—like monetary policy, inflation, and regulatory shifts—shape strategic direction and long-term planning.
Year 3
Communicate & Execute Strategy
Students step into executive leadership through the Financial Simulation Exercise—working in teams to define goals, make strategic decisions, and adapt to real-time economic scenarios. Courses like Negotiation Strategy and Executive Presentation Skills prepare them to lead with clarity and influence.
