Jerrod Keller is a seasoned credit-union executive with a deep commitment to elevating member experiences and driving growth through service-focused leadership. He currently serves as Chief Experience Officer at Red Canoe Credit Union, where he leads the organization’s newly created CXO function and champions a holistic, member-centric approach across all channels.
Prior to this role, Jerrod held senior positions including Chief Experience Officer at SAFE Credit Union and Chief Operating Officer at TwinStar Credit Union, where he managed large teams overseeing retail banking, contact center operations, digital channels and culture.
Jerrod began his career in restaurant management, an experience that instilled in him a deep appreciation for service excellence, team leadership and culture-building. Today he blends that foundation with a strategic mindset aimed at making financial services more personal, intuitive and impactful for members and communities.
