Harry Eggleton is particularly happy to be a member of the WCMS faculty. This year (2025) marks his 37th! (THAT’S RIGHT … 37!!!)
Though a one-time line banker in the late 1800s, where he made use of his MBA in finance, Harry worked to develop his expertise in training & consulting and became the Director of Learning & Development for Security Pacific— then the fourth largest bank in the country which was later absorbed into BofA. Along the way he earned a second master’s in Organization Behavior from the University of Southern California and seven Associate degrees. But, for the past several decades, Harry has had an independent leadership, performance management, coaching, team building, and training company providing services to well over 100 clients.
Harry has, for example, provided training to such diverse companies Bank of America, Cisco Systems, Disney, Edwards Lifesciences, IHOP, and Kaiser Permanente. His training and consulting have spanned five continents. And, for many years, Harry was a member of the team that provided a first experiential learning for all newly entering Harvard, Stanford, and Boston University MBAs. He also serves on the graduate faculty as an Assistant Professor for the Bovard School at the University of Southern California.
The American Society for Training & Development has honored Harry for his presentation abilities and contributions to the field with their highest accolade—Lifetime Achievement Award. He has also received a President’s Award and awards for “Outstanding Contributions to the Field of Human Resource Development” and “Significant Contributions to the Field of Performance Management.” He is also the senior author of The Fieldbook of Team Interventions (HRD Press).
Harry’s passion is helping people understand others and perform to their highest levels … and joy.
