Maddie Gunderson is the Incubation Associate at Filene Research Institute, where she plays a key role in advancing innovation across the credit union industry through FiLab, Filene’s i3 program, and other critical incubator projects. She works directly with credit unions to test emerging products, services, and technologies that drive measurable impact.
Maddie’s work at Filene focuses on identifying and validating forward-thinking solutions to some of the industry’s most pressing challenges. By partnering with credit unions and fintechs, she helps bring ideas from concept to implementation, accelerating change and delivering insights that scale.
Maddie is a proud alum of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she received her undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science. She currently lives in Madison, WI, with her 20+ plant babies. In her free time, she can be found reading, crocheting, or spending time outside.
